My career to date
Since graduating from the University of Otago in 2016, I’ve spent time both working for local government and travelling in New Zealand and abroad. Most recently I worked in Consents at Environment Canterbury, before coming to Adderley Head in 2019.
What I enjoy about my work
At Adderley Head, I have the pleasure of being involved in varied and complex projects. I am enjoying further developing my knowledge of resource management and environmental law. I also appreciate that this area of work allows me to increase my general scientific knowledge and awareness of New Zealand’s environmental, development and infrastructure needs.
What you can expect from me
I’m a friendly, motivated and organised individual. I enjoy interacting with people in the course of my work but also relish the challenge of a difficult issue to be understood and resolved.
What I enjoy outside of work
While I’m not at work I spend a large amount of time in the outdoors, which I’ve felt a connection to since childhood. For the past 8 years, my main focus has been climbing (alpine and general rock climbing) and trail running.
